Can I check-in early?
We truly appreciate your enthusiasm to begin your stay with us. Unfortunately, due to our tight schedule and the need for thorough maintenance between bookings, we regret to inform you that early check-in is not available at this time. Our standard check-in time is after 3 PM, and we kindly request your understanding in adhering to this schedule. Rest assured, we will be ready to warmly welcome you at the designated check-in time and ensure your experience with us is exceptional from that moment onward. Thank you for your cooperation and patience.
What can I do with my luggage before check-in?
We recommend using "Bounce," a reliable luggage storage service with a couple of locations conveniently situated across the street from Ilikai Marina (1765 Ala Mona Blvd). You can explore their services and reserve storage through this link: Bounce - Honolulu, HI, USA
Parking Information:
For parking, we have a parking garage attached to the building, conveniently located to the right of the front entrance on Hobron Lane, just off Ala Moana Blvd. Once you turn the corner after Red Lobster, you'll find the entrance. They offer a day pass, which includes in-and-out privileges, for $28.
When you enter the garage, take a ticket. When you are leaving the garage, pull your car to the right in the loading zone where the secondary parking machine is located. You can then pay for your parking pass at that machine. The parking machine at the entrance in front of the gate/parking booth is for hourly parking only. Once you pay for your daily parking, you will scan your ticket at the machine in front of the gate/parking booth to exit.

Are there more affordable parking options available in the vicinity?
You'll be pleased to know that the parking rate of $28 per day in Waikiki is considered quite competitive. Parking in the Waikiki area typically starts at $35 per day, often even higher. While there are some hourly parking options near the marina, they can be hard to come by and may pose challenges. It's essential to be aware that parking in the marina area is closely monitored, and vehicles may be towed without delay. We recommend taking advantage of the reasonably priced parking facilities to ensure a stress-free and secure parking experience during your stay.
Can we use the pool at the Ilikai Hotel?
We regret to inform you that pool privileges at the Ilikai Hotel are not available to guests staying at the Ilikai Marina Condos. The Ilikai Hotel and Ilikai Marina Condos are managed as separate entities, each with its own distinct amenities and facilities.
However, we are delighted to inform you that our fantastic location allows for easy access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. The beach is just a short 5-minute walk away from the Ilikai Marina Condos, making it convenient for you to soak up the sun, enjoy the gentle waves, and indulge in the scenic beauty of the shoreline.
What floor is the gym on?
We do not have a gym facility within the Ilikai Marina Condos. However, for your fitness needs, we recommend the 24-Hour Fitness located on Kapiolani Blvd, which is the closest gym to our property.
If you are interested in trying out boutique fitness studios, we have some excellent recommendations for you. Consider exploring Orangetheory, Pure Barre, CorePower Yoga, and Pilates o Ka La. These studios offer a variety of classes to cater to different fitness preferences, ensuring you have a fulfilling workout experience during your stay.
Where can I do laundry?
For your laundry needs, we have a convenient laundry room located on the 8th floor of the Ilikai Marina Condos. To make your laundry experience hassle-free, we provide laundry detergent, which you can find in the front closet, clearly labeled "Laundry Detergent Sheets." One sheet per load is all that is required for efficient cleaning.
In the laundry room, you will find instructions explaining how to operate the machines, making it easy to do your laundry independently. For added convenience, we accept mobile payments, allowing you to pay for your laundry using your mobile device.
